We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team. The HR Administrator will be the first point of contact for manager and employee HR inquiries and will work closely with the Senior HR Advisor on aspects of the employee lifecycle. In addition, you will work with the Global HR team to enhance the employee experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide administrative support activities for the HR team in employment, compensation, benefits, record keeping and related areas.
• Support benefit related administrative tasks, such as supporting Open Enrollment periods, data entry for benefits in carrier portals and HRIS/payroll systems and answering benefit related questions from employees.
• Work alongside the Senior HR Advisor to support the Global Recruitment function in supporting with uploading job advertisements to the career’s website, onboarding candidates, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters and related functions.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and liaise with relevant department managers for a new hire’s introduction to the company.
• Provide guidance to line managers and employees on HR policies, programs, and procedures utilizing the HR team inbox.
• Provide primary HRIS data entry support for new hires as well as existing employees, supporting data integrity and compliance.
• Work in collaboration with others to provide transactional day-to-day HR service and support to the wider business and HR team.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
• Help coordinate and support HR sponsored company events.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
• 0-1 years experience in HR or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Able to act in a confidential and sensitive manner.
• Able to work as part of a team, focusing on internal customers
• Able to work accurately.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
• Experience with HRIS systems a plus
