JOB DETAILS 

Client Job Title: Graphic Designer

Duration: 5 Months 
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Remote, EST timezone preferred
Top Skills/Must Haves:
  • 5+ years in graphic design, or similar experience
  • Strong skills in InDesign
  • Print and digital/web design experience
  • Strong internal/external communication skills
Tech Stack:
  • Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and
    working on a PC for all design work
  • Experience with photography, video editing, post-production and motion graphics a plus
  • Experienced user of PM tools (Airtable, Asana) is a plus

Planet Interactive's Healthcare client, based in Boston, MA, has a HOT need for a remote Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer works within the Marketing team to execute strong design and marketing concepts for print and web that deliver high visual impact. This position will play a key role in executing the day-to-day design needs of the organization. This is a fully remote role starting in late May 2025! 
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing communications for existing and new program lines, including end-to-end process ownership.

  • Update annual materials and manage trafficking during the busy open enrollment season.

  • Maintain corporate identity and brand standards across all deliverables.

  • Ensure files are production-ready and aligned for both print and web channels.

  • Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content.

  • Manage project timelines to meet deadlines and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.

  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to all stakeholders.

  • Multitask effectively to balance competing priorities and key deadlines.
Graphic Designer Qualifications:

Education:
  • Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent preferred
Experience Required:
  • Minimum of five years work in a similar environment
Competencies, Skills, and Attributes:
  • Highly creative and willing to pursue out-of-box thinking
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Understanding of requirements for building production-ready files for both print and web
  • Strong organizational, project management and prioritization skills with ability to
  • manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
  • Must be able to work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Comfortable in both print and digital design
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite- proficient InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and an understanding of emerging design technologies and trends. *Must have portfolio examples completed using InDesign*
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and working on a PC for all design work
  • Experience with photography, video editing, post-production and motion graphics a plus
  • Experience using Asana or other project management system a plus
