Job Description

A social services provider is looking for a Bilingual Front Desk Admin.
Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for all front desk duties including answering phones, greeting clients, monitoring sign-­in sheet and checking clients in and out of the program.
  2. Monitor and maintain waiting area and inform management of any client security related issues immediately.
  3. Responsible for collection of participants' timekeeping documentation in both hard copy and electronic form, reviewing documentation carefully to ensure documentation is in compliance with program policies and procedures.
  4. Assist with MetroCard distribution to eligible clients and obtain client signatures in the MetroCard Log.
  5. Assist with scanning, and making copies for clients, staff and program needs
  6. Assist with attendance tracking and meeting timekeeping deadlines for all clients and ensure accuracy of reporting activities.
  7. Assist with restocking of office & kitchen supplies.
  8. Conduct Inventory and monitor supply usage and prepare monthly supply request within allocated budget.
  9. Assist Business Manager with data analysis and reconciliations, as needed.
-MS Office proficiency
-Bilingual in Spanish / English
-Strong communication skills
-Non-profit, social services or case management experience is preferred
