Planet Interactive is looking for an Executive Communications Specialist to join our well known retail brand on a 8-month contract! Executive Communications Specialist Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communications plans that are focused on executive and internal communications.
- Manage the project plans and timelines for the various communications initiatives and programs.
- Write, edit, and proofread materials for channels including executive memos, presentations, emails, and social media posts.
- Drive cross-functional partnerships within the department, corporate communications, strategy, and design.
- Create polished presentations for executives.
- Maintain the executive communications calendar.
- Build stories around internal initiatives and products that will be helping internal teams.
- Draft other assets surrounding internal and executive communications.
- Evaluate communication strategies and make recommendations to leadership.
Executive Communications Specialist Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in executive communications.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office-- especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- AP style/ able to adhere to internal brand guidelines.
