Must Haves:
This job involves supporting the Head of School and 10 Directors with a range of tasks. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, planning meetings, preparing meeting notes, and handling relevant correspondence. You'll also assist with document organization, provide backup front desk coverage, and meet and greet visitors. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. The role requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a high level of detail orientation. You must be able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in an independent school setting and fluency in Spanish.

Must Haves:
- 2+ years of strong administrative and operational support experience, including managing executive schedules
- Very strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple calendars and proactively see potential scheduling issues
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and follow through on tasks.
- Fluency in Spanish
- Familiarity with higher education or similarly complex organizational environments.
