Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 2

Contract Duration: Tentative start date: May 5, 2025 through Jun 30, 2025 (Assignment extensions occur quarterly. The selected candidate has the potential to stay in the role for up to 18 months.)
Pay: $39.25/hr
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid (if onsite/hybrid please give city/town name): Hybrid – 4-5 days a week in office; Redmond, WA

Must Haves: The role requires 2-4 years of experience in the field

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Experience with Project Mgmt/Calendar Mgmt prioritization (3+ YOE)
2. Large org / experience supporting CVP level (3+YOE)
3. Microsoft office suite (2+ YOE)

Preferred: The ideal candidate: Personality fit is important – very fast-paced type of position.
Calendar management (majority of the work)
Booking some travel (domestic or international)
MSFT experience is a plus, at minimum, comfortable with office products. Exec level communication / juggling tasks is important.

The Azure Core Executive Office is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced professional to provide support to the Executive Assistant of the Azure Core Executive office supporting a 10k organization. This role will take on a variety of tasks while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide a diverse range of organizational, project, and administrative services. Overtime may be required, with flexibility to work outside the standard work hours as needed.

Key priorities and responsibilities for this position include (but not limited to):
· Assist EA with day-to-day exec office operations.
· Proactively manages logistics for business group meetings/events.
· Uses diplomacy and professionalism to draft communications for lead EA.
· Creates data management plans and manages data by using the advanced features of Microsoft products/tools.
· Develops a deep knowledge of the overall business group strategy and acts as an information resource to the business group.
· Anticipates and removes administrative roadblocks and makes timely decisions across the business group.
· Directly resolves customer requests and hosts business guests.
· Serve as backup support to the EA as needed - makes administrative decisions and requests on behalf of CVP to provide complex calendar management.
· Undertake special assignments and projects as needed.
· Drive for improvements within our business process and resources.
· Build and maintain good business relationships with customers both internally and externally.
· Consistently demonstrate a can-do customer service attitude.

Skills and Experiences:
· Have effective written and verbal communication skills and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· 2-4 years of executive administrative/project management work experience supporting high level leaders in a fast-paced environment.
· 2-4 years supporting CVP level or above.
· Extensive experience working in an extremely fast paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to interface at the exec-level with customers and partners both internal and external.
· Knowledge of internal Microsoft Office products a required.
· Possess drive and initiative to identify, solve, and follow-through on problems and the ability to act independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
· Professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with highly confidential and sensitive information.
Ability to work independently, navigate new challenges with confidence, and adjust direction in response to shifting priorities with a calm sense of urgency.
