ERP Systems Specialist – Epicor Kinetic

Are you a techno-functional ERP professional looking to make a meaningful impact from day one? Our client, a growing, multi-entity manufacturing organization backed by a respected private equity group, is in the thick of a full-scale Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP implementation across multiple U.S. sites. With a critical go-live deadline approaching, they’re seeking a hands-on ERP Systems Specialist to help lead the charge.
This is a full-time, onsite role in Rochester, New Hampshire, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, system optimization, and fast-paced rollout initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the go-to ERP resource on-site, you’ll play a crucial role in the successful rollout and long-term performance of Epicor Kinetic Cloud across multiple business units. Daily responsibilities include:
Support the implementation and configuration of Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP, aligning the system with business workflows and processes.
Build and maintain BAQs, BPMs, SSRS reports, and API integrations.
Collaborate across departments to support day-to-day ERP operations, troubleshoot user issues, and drive process improvements.
Lead data cleanup and migration efforts during implementation phases.
Integrate and configure third-party tools such as Bartender, barcoding, MES systems, SolidWorks, and more.
Deliver ERP training and documentation to key stakeholders and end users.
Identify and resolve system issues quickly, working alongside technical leadership and external partners.
Assist with future integrations and acquisition rollouts as the business scales.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a skilled ERP pro who can balance technical depth with business insight and effective communication. Key qualifications include:
Strong working knowledge of Epicor Kinetic Cloud (required).
Proven experience with multi-site and multi-company ERP environments.
Hands-on expertise in BAQ, BPM, SSRS, and REST API integrations.
Solid understanding of business process configuration, ERP data mapping, and reporting tools.
Excellent collaboration, training, and troubleshooting skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Strong plus: background in business administration, project management, or systems analysis.
Nice to Have
Experience in an ESOP-owned organization or working within private-equity-backed business environments.
Familiarity with Epicor partner support structures.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on scalable, maintainable solutions.
