Job Title: Epicor Operations Consultant
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Epicor Operations Consultant to join our client’s dynamic team and support their manufacturing clients in optimizing their use of Epicor ERP solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in manufacturing processes and Epicor functionality to deliver tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with manufacturing clients to assess their current operations and identify areas for improvement using Epicor ERP.
  • Provide expert guidance on Epicor modules related to manufacturing, including production planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices and effective use of the Epicor system.
  • Assist in the configuration, customization, and implementation of Epicor solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Epicor applications and integrations.
  • Develop documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials, to support clients post-implementation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epicor updates and industry trends to provide relevant insights to clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Epicor Consultant, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and operational best practices.
  • Proficiency in Epicor ERP software, with a focus on relevant modules (e.g., manufacturing, inventory, quality control).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about client needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
