Epicor IT Help Desk

Our client is an industry leader in the aerospace parts industry. They are currently seeking an Epicor IT Help Desk to lead the efforts with their IT ticketing system as well as setting up new users. This team fosters a collaborative environment, puts technology first, and offers a wealth of growth opportunities. This is an intricate role for the organization and will report to the Director of IT. 

Responsibilities of the Epicor IT Help Desk:
  • Receive, prioritize, and manage IT support tickets
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network related issues
  • Provide remote support to end users
  • Offer basic training to end users
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, including LAN, WAN, and VPN

Requirements for the Epicor IT Help Desk:
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/Mac OS environments
  • Proficiency in common software applications
  • Knowledge of common computer hardware
  • Set up new users, troubleshooting, and training experience
  • Management of ticketing system
