We are seeking a talented and experienced Epicor Eclipse ERP Analyst/Admin to join our team and help us optimize and manage our ERP system to support our business operations efficiently.
Responsibilities for the Eclipse Analyst/Admin:
- System Administration:
- Manage and maintain the Epicor Eclipse ERP system.
- Configure and customize the system to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Oversee user access, security, and permissions.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Business Process Improvement:
- Analyze and optimize business processes to align with ERP capabilities.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance.
- Data Management:
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within the ERP system.
- Create and manage data reports to support decision-making processes.
- Training and Documentation:
- Conduct user training and create documentation for ERP system usage.
- Keep documentation up-to-date to ensure accessibility and knowledge transfer.
- Upgrades and Enhancements:
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements.
- Test new features and functionality to ensure smooth integration.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Maintain relationships with ERP software vendors and manage vendor contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Required Work Authorization: US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Solar Eclipse Admin experience, minimum of 3 years
- Remote with minimal travel (no more than 15%)
