Position Overview: They are seeking a skilled and motivated Epicor ERP Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our business processes. As an integral member of the IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of the Epicor ERP system to support our manufacturing operations.
- Epicor ERP Implementation and Maintenance:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Epicor ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- System Configuration and Customization:
- Customize Epicor ERP modules to meet the unique needs of our precision engineering manufacturing processes.
- Configure workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data Management:
- Oversee data migration and integration between various systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and implement data governance policies to maintain data integrity within the ERP system.
- Create and maintain customizations including SSRS reports, BAQ’s, BPM’s, and Dashboards using C#
- User Training and Support:
- Provide training to end-users on Epicor ERP functionalities and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support to resolve system-related issues and optimize user experience.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, operations, and finance teams, to align the ERP system with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with external vendors to address system-related issues and enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining Epicor ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in precision engineering.
- Proficient in system configuration, customization, and data management within the Epicor environment.
