Epicor ERP Administrator
Our client is seeking a skilled Epicor ERP Administrator to manage, support, and optimize their Epicor Kinetic ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Epicor Kinetic and experience in a manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the ERP system runs smoothly, addressing user needs, and implementing enhancements to support their business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Epicor Kinetic and experience in a manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the ERP system runs smoothly, addressing user needs, and implementing enhancements to support their business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration:
- Administer and maintain the Epicor Kinetic ERP system, ensuring system stability, performance, and security.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform regular system backups and data integrity checks.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving ERP-related issues and questions.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system problems, working with Epicor support when necessary.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Configuration & Customization:
- Configure and customize Epicor Kinetic to meet the specific needs of our manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Epicor’s tools.
- Implement and test system upgrades, patches, and new features.
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze current ERP processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with departments to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Design and deliver training sessions for users to enhance their proficiency with the ERP system.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage ERP-related projects, including system enhancements, integrations, and new module implementations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and user adoption.
- Compliance & Security:
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive business data.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP Administrator, preferably with Epicor Kinetic in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of Epicor Kinetic ERP system, including modules related to manufacturing, finance, and supply chain management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Epicor Kinetic configuration, customization, and reporting tools.
- Experience with SQL and data management.
- Familiarity with ERP system integration and data migration techniques.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
