What You’ll Be Doing
As the Epicor Developer, you’ll support and enhance the company’s Epicor Kinetic ERP system and associated applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in both the U.S. and Mexico to ensure smooth performance, improved efficiency, and scalable solutions.
Daily responsibilities include:
Designing, developing, and supporting custom application modules in Epicor Kinetic and bolt-on systems
Creating and managing product configurators within Epicor ERP
Delivering high-level customer service and end-user support
Collaborating with IT and business units on system improvements and integrations (including a new SugarCRM platform)
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR equivalent hands-on experience
3+ years in IT with a focus on application development
Strong Microsoft-based development skills, including SQL
Solid understanding of Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred), including modules like ECC, BAQ, BPM, App Studio, and C#
Manufacturing industry experience
Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
A proactive, detail-driven mindset
Nice-to-Have Skills
Fluency in Spanish
Experience supporting multi-site or multi-national ERP environments
Familiarity with CRM integration (e.g., SugarCRM)
