Epicor Developer Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Epicor Developer to support and enhance our client’s Epicor Kinetic environment. This individual will play a key role in both ongoing and new Epicor implementation initiatives, including system upgrades, module rollouts, and the integration of third-party solutions. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in Epicor Kinetic, a strong background in Service and eCommerce integrations, and the ability to lead cross-functional implementation efforts from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical efforts in Epicor Kinetic implementation projects, including module deployments, upgrades, and system reconfiguration.
Serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert on cross-functional teams, coordinating with business users, project managers, and other IT stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Design and implement scalable and reliable integrations with third-party platforms, particularly those related to Service and eCommerce (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce, ServiceMax).
Develop and maintain customizations, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and automation scripts to meet evolving business requirements.
Optimize system workflows and performance through troubleshooting and continuous improvement of ERP processes and integrations.
Utilize Epicor tools such as REST API, Service Connect, and Data Management Toolkits for efficient data migration and system interaction.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows, data mapping, and integration architecture.
Ensure testing, validation, and user training are in place for new implementations and enhancements.
Provide ongoing support and act as a trusted technical advisor to end users and business leaders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of Epicor development experience, with at least 1 year in Epicor Kinetic.
Demonstrated experience leading technical implementations of Epicor modules or system upgrades.
Proven ability to integrate third-party platforms into the Epicor ecosystem, especially in Service and eCommerce environments.
Expertise in Epicor development tools including REST API, BPMs, BAQs, and Service Connect.
Proficient in C#, SQL, and .NET.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware platforms, and data exchange formats (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON).
Effective problem-solving, organizational, and project leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
