Our client, a fast-evolving organization in the distribution and manufacturing space is at a pivotal stage of their Epicor Kinetic journey. They're looking for an experienced consultant to help overcome current project hurdles and bring strategic clarity to a unique distribution setup.
This is a remote, project-based consulting role with a clear path to influence key systems architecture and workflows. The project is in motion, interviews will be scheduled quickly.What You’ll Do
Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party consultants to optimize a Kinetic ERP implementation across a multi-site, centralized distribution model
Provide strategic and functional guidance on Epicor configurations, including how parts move through the system
Troubleshoot and guide order-to-cart-complete workflows, a unique model requiring hands-on insight and process refinement
Act as a key resource for evaluating decisions involving third-party tools such as Docket (workflow automation partner)
Advise on functional processes with some light technical capabilities as needed
Offer a second set of expert eyes to validate current implementation approaches and help identify gaps or opportunities
What You Bring
Hands-on experience implementing Epicor Kinetic in a distribution-focused, multi-site environment
Proven background in functional consulting across manufacturing and distribution processes
Familiarity with Docket or similar Epicor workflow partners a strong plus
Deep understanding of part movement, order management, and fulfillment workflows within Epicor
Ability to operate independently and confidently in a fast-moving, consultative role
Bonus: Exposure to both manufacturing and distribution ERP configurations
