Epicor Kinetic Specialist Confidential Client | Onsite in CA or OH | Immediate Need
Are you a hands-on Epicor Kinetic expert who thrives in high-impact, face-to-face support roles? Do you know how to bridge the technical with the practical, turning confusion into clarity, and upgrades into opportunity?
Our client, a well-established manufacturer currently running Epicor Kinetic Cloud, is navigating the transition from Smart Client to Kinetic Browser. They need more than a consultant, they need a trusted guide. Someone to be on the ground, roll up their sleeves, and help train and support users through this key transformation.
This is an onsite engagement in either Ohio or California. Regional candidates are preferred, and travel support may be provided. Urgency is high, interviews are being scheduled immediately.What You’ll Do
Provide in-person support and user training during the transition from Smart Client to Kinetic Browser
Deliver practical guidance and best practices for navigation, efficiency, and process consistency in Kinetic
Support functional areas such as Order Entry, Engineering Workbench, and Quality
Assist in reviewing and updating custom forms and customizations to be compatible with Kinetic Browser standards
Act as a hands-on resource for answering questions, resolving issues, and easing user adoption
Ensure users are confident, capable, and productive in the new browser-based environment
What We’re Looking For
Proven expertise with Epicor Kinetic Cloud, including real-world browser transition experience
Ability to train, guide, and support non-technical users with patience and clarity
Functional knowledge of Order Management, Engineering, and Quality modules
Experience updating or converting customizations, forms, and layouts in Kinetic
Strong interpersonal skills, this role requires high emotional intelligence and problem-solving in person
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with similar on-prem to cloud ERP transitions
Background in manufacturing or distribution environments
Epicor certifications or formal training credentials
