Are you a strategic Epicor expert with a passion for driving ERP innovation across a dynamic, growing organization? Our client, a leading manufacturer recently acquired by a global, publicly traded enterprise, is expanding and seeking a hands-on Epicor Business Systems Manager to own and evolve their ERP landscape.
With a second site coming online and operations scaling rapidly, this is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role where your blend of technical acumen and functional leadership will shape critical business systems and processes.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to U.S. manufacturing sites. Interviews will be scheduled immediately, and the role will move quickly.
What You’ll Do
Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Epicor ERP (Kinetic Cloud) platform
Act as the strategic liaison between IT, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other key business units
Manage end-to-end system optimization including configurations, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and security
Oversee all ERP-related initiatives, module implementations, upgrades, system integrations, and custom development
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver tailored solutions and drive continuous improvements
Support end users through training, documentation, and change management
Ensure ERP performance, data integrity, and audit compliance
Evaluate evolving technologies and recommend scalable solutions to support long-term business growth
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience (Kinetic strongly preferred)
Proven background in ERP strategy, implementation, and cross-functional project leadership
Expertise in core modules: Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and CRM
Skilled in Epicor tools: BAQ, BPM, SSRS, C#, Dashboards, and Customizations
Strong SQL knowledge and experience with integrations and data migration
Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Comfortable navigating between the technical and functional sides of ERP management
Experience in MES, MRP, and financial month-end reporting integrations is a plus

Pay Range: $120,000-$140,000/annually
