Your day-to-day will include:
Acting as a functional and technical SME on Epicor (Kinetic), specifically focused on manufacturing and operational processes.
Partnering with department heads and site leaders to gather requirements and deliver real, scalable process improvements.
Leading business process mapping and reengineering initiatives (As-Is/To-Be).
Translating business needs into functional specifications and Epicor configuration changes.
Supporting ERP-related M&A activities, including system integration, data migration, and user onboarding.
Creating dashboards, reports (SSRS), and analytics tools to enable smarter decisions across the business.
Driving user adoption, training, and support to ensure maximum ROI from the ERP system.
Managing UAT and change management efforts tied to system updates and process enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years as a Business Analyst with direct, hands-on Epicor ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong grasp of production, supply chain, inventory, and financial modules.
Skilled in process modeling (BPMN/flowcharts) and documentation.
Exceptional communication skills, you’ll be engaging directly with end users and leadership.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Willingness to be onsite 2–3 days/week and travel up to 10–30% as needed.
Bonus Points For
Experience with Epicor version 2023.2 or SaaS transitions
Familiarity with homegrown EDI tools, Vance configurator, or advanced production systems
A high degree of curiosity, proactivity, and a passion for continuous improvement
A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

Be part of a company backed by one of the world’s most respected investors
Take ownership of meaningful, visible projects that directly impact business performance
Join a culture that champions innovation, integrity, and getting it right, with speed
Hybrid schedule provides a strong work/life balance while staying close to the action
