Epicor Applications Specialist
Are you an Epicor power user who’s ready to make a real impact?
Our client, a global manufacturing group with a rapidly expanding footprint, is seeking an Epicor Applications Specialist to help drive the continued rollout, optimization, and user adoption of their Epicor Kinetic ERP system. This is a high-impact, full-time opportunity to join a technology-forward team and take ownership of key ERP processes that touch every part of the business.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving environment where ERP isn’t just back-office, it’s the core of how the company runs.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze and implement Epicor-based solutions across manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, and finance.
Configure, support, and enhance Epicor modules, assignments based on experience and business needs.
Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, SSRS reports, dashboards, and data directives.
Design system workflows and integrate Epicor with external platforms and tools.
Provide end-user support and deliver training/documentation to drive adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and business teams.
Participate in project teams for module rollouts, system upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts.
Stay current on Epicor updates and best practices, recommending enhancements proactively.
What You Bring:
3–5 years of Epicor Kinetic experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Deep understanding of ERP processes spanning operations, supply chain, inventory, and finance.
Proven experience developing BAQs, BPMs, SSRS reports, dashboards, and Epicor data tools.
Strong business process acumen, especially around accounting, production, and logistics.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; detail-oriented and user-focused.
Prior success participating in major ERP upgrades or implementations.
Ability to train and support users effectively across multiple business functions.
Bonus Skills:
Experience integrating Epicor with other enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with ERP project methodologies and change management strategies.
Epicor certifications or ongoing professional development.
