Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Epicor Analyst to support the successful implementation of Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP at our manufacturing client's site. This critical role will involve analyzing business processes, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the optimal functionality of all Epicor modules. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with planning, master scheduling, and all Epicor ERP modules, with a proven ability to enhance business operations and support the implementation and ongoing optimization of the ERP system.
As an Epicor Analyst, you will work closely with multiple departments to identify areas of improvement, drive continuous process enhancements, and implement best practices to ensure the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of ERP-related processes across the organization.

As an Epicor Analyst, you will work closely with multiple departments to identify areas of improvement, drive continuous process enhancements, and implement best practices to ensure the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of ERP-related processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Epicor Kinetic Cloud Implementation Support:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support and drive the successful implementation of Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP across multiple departments.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and rollout of the system in alignment with business requirements.
- Business Process Analysis and Workflow Optimization:
- Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Work with teams to design, test, and implement streamlined workflows and best practices within Epicor to improve operations.
- Module Support and Optimization:
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for all Epicor ERP modules (including but not limited to production, planning, scheduling, inventory management, finance, and procurement).
- Ensure the integration and seamless flow of data across the various Epicor modules.
- Planning and Scheduling Expertise:
- Leverage Epicor’s Master Scheduling and Planning modules to optimize production scheduling, inventory levels, and demand forecasting.
- Help improve material and capacity planning to ensure that manufacturing schedules are efficient and on time.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and guidance to end-users to ensure they are maximizing the use of Epicor Kinetic Cloud.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to system functionality and business process improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT, finance, manufacturing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Epicor-related inquiries and support.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain documentation related to system processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Generate reports and provide insights on system performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Epicor ERP (preferably Kinetic Cloud).
- Experience in planning, master scheduling, and other core ERP modules.
- Proven track record of successful ERP implementations and enhancements in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how Epicor can support them.
- Deep knowledge of Epicor’s Master Scheduling, Inventory Management, Production, Financial, and Procurement modules.
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with Epicor Kinetic Cloud is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools within Epicor is highly desirable.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
