Our client is seeking a full-time, remote Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to support an expanding Community Connect program, working closely with both clinics and hospitals as new clients come onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the building and optimization of Epic PB for new Community Connect clients.
Act as a mentor to junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospital environment with overlapping priorities.
Communicate effectively, share input constructively, and work independently while knowing when to escalate questions.
Requirements:
Epic Resolute PB Certification with a minimum of 4 years of build experience.
Strong background across all PB Admin areas; GL (General Ledger) expertise is a major plus.
Experience with PB components including:
Charge Router, Charge Review, Fee Schedules, Payer Plans, Follow-up Workqueues, Rules, and more.
Familiarity with ServiceNow as a ticketing system is helpful.
Must be comfortable working in a busy hospital setting and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
