Job Description
Our client is looking to hire an ECSA Manager to join thier team for a 6-month fully remote contract.
This role is responsible for the overall delivery of Epic Infrastructure services, overseeing multiple teams across both support and project areas. The role involves leading teams such as Epic ECSAs, Oracle DBAs (ODBAs), and Clarity/Cogito DBAs, with additional teams and responsibilities potentially added. This is a production support role with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incidents, problem management, change management, root cause identification, defect resolution, and more.
The role requires close collaboration with end customers, client stakeholders, and the management of teams located both domestically and internationally. It also includes on-call support rotations during non-working hours.
This position involves managing three key teams: ECSA, ODBA, and Cogito DBA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the broader Epic technical ecosystem, including third-party systems such as Citrix, Netscaler, and other infrastructure and application components. Approximately half of the role will focus on overseeing the teams, while the other half will be spent advising both clients and internal teams on processes and the interdependencies of the entire system landscape. The position demands both technical expertise and senior-level client-facing skills, with the ability to navigate and coordinate across a large, complex environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Epic ECSA certification
- 5+ years of experience with Epic, including at least 2 years in a Team Lead or Manager role
- Additional Epic application certifications and experience implementing or supporting Epic clinical applications
- 8+ years of Epic experience, with at least 4 years in a Team Lead or Manager role
- Experience managing the Epic ecosystem, including systems such as Citrix, Web Blob, Interconnect, Netscaler, Windows servers, Kuiper, etc.
- Experience with vulnerability remediation
- Experience with Release Management
