Job Description
The client is seeking someone with industry experience. This person should also be familiar with Oracle EBS as an added plus. This person will be part of a 55 person Oracle team. This person needs to be located in Omaha or willing to relocate. Possible relocation assistance will be provided.
In the role of ERP Project Manager, you will:
• Provide project management leadership for special projects as assigned
• Plan functional and user acceptance schedule and resources to meet timeline
• Assist with overall roadmap and environment planning of releases
• Create risk register, monitor, and manage risks while resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
• Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectations
• Develop/create detailed project and cut-over plans
• Communicate key project plans, commitments, and changes
• Conduct release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and go/no-go reviews
• Facilitate the creation of deployment and implementation plans
• Lead and coordinate release activities including the execution of the deployment plans
• Continually work towards making improvements to the release process
• Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
• Ensure release documentation is current
• Effectively demonstrate leadership
