Job Summary/Description:
As the #1 industry leader in residential HVAC services based in Southern California and voted top places to work, we are seeking to hire an experienced Total Rewards Director. This individual will be responsible for helping to develop and implement variable compensation and benefits in multiple states for the company.
The ideal candidate will have experience with compensation, payroll, and benefits in multiple states and able to effectively develop and communicate plans with employees and collaborate with internal leadership and additional HR team members.

Pay Range:
- $175k - $200k depending on experience
- 15% annual bonus + equity (TBD)
- Deep, broad experience with commission/sales plans
- Extremely organized and detailed documentation
- Experience working with variable commissions in multiple states
- Multi-state payroll knowledge
- Experience with strategic benefits/comp plans
- Experience with structuring plans and speaking/delivering to employees
- Has been apart/helped implement roll out of compensation plans
- Has been apart of compensation plan committee or think tank
