Planet Interactive is seeking an Demand Generation Marketing Specialist with 1+ year of experiential marketing knowledge to join our well known fortune 500 financial services client.
Demand Generation Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Paid Social team members to develop direct response strategies that support the needs of different country markets.
- Maintain regular, asynchronous communication with international market teams on project deliverables.
- Execute/optimize campaigns within native social ad platforms/ads managers (including but not limited to Facebook, Pinterest and others).
- Own daily campaign monitoring, pacing, optimization, tracking and reporting.
- Surface opportunities for testing and improvements based on daily, weekly and monthly trends.
- Monitor dashboards and key reporting tools to understand channel effectiveness and react to changes in CPA, ROI, LTV and other channel metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with 3rd partners (tech partners, creative agencies).
- Work cross-functionally (creative, product marketing, brand) with a Paid Social lens to educate and put our best foot forward to meet acquisition goals and support initiatives.
- A minimum of 3 years of related performance marketing experience
- Experience working cross-functionally and optimizing towards multiple KPIs
- An analytical mindset to drive performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and campaign reporting
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- A passion for marketing, staying up to date on industry and platform news
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- An energetic and willing attitude
- Experience writing ad copy
- SQL knowledge
