Customer Service Admin
Contract at least 5 months
This position is hybrid in office 2 days
Hourly rate: $20-22/hr
Must have:
2+ years of call center or computerized maintenance management application experience
Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The Energy Management Administration team plays a crucial role in ensuring optimal thermal comfort across our retail stores and field operations. The team is responsible for addressing daily thermal comfort issues, supporting HVAC technicians through a dedicated call center, processing HVAC and lighting schedule change requests, and managing water leak investigations by coordinating with property managers and service providers.
As an Energy Management Administrator, you will analyze thermal comfort concerns using our in-house building management system and document findings in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). You will work closely with service providers, store teams, field leadership, and corporate teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues. This role requires a proactive approach in determining when to escalate HVAC service requests and ensuring effective communication at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond quickly and effectively to all communication channels, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues.
-Address inbound HVAC service requests from stores and ensure they are completed promptly. Escalate any challenges or service delays to management when performance does not meet expectations.
-Collaborate with vendors, property managers, store managers, and home office teams to troubleshoot problems and provide clear solutions.
-Keep vendor and store information up to date in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
-Represent the company’s values and mission by maintaining a positive and professional image in all interactions.
-Manage a high volume of inbound requests while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
-Write clear and professional email correspondence to both internal and external support teams.
-Monitor HVAC service provider performance using analytics and ensure they are held accountable for service standards.
-Provide professional support to HVAC technicians calling into the Call Center, ensuring efficient issue resolution and positive customer service.
