Planet Interactive is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 6-month contract. This role will work 40 hours per week and will work a hybrid schedule out of their Austin, TX office.
Creative Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing, collating and providing information, building and updating Keynote templates for the leadership team.
- Build reporting on a variety of measures within and outside of the team: REM POR, Key Work Stream status, Headcount, Org Charts, Financials, etc.
- Give leadership team specific updates on executive-sponsored projects, programs and key deliverables of the organization.
- Provide strategic planning as well as driving creation of key deliverables.
- Manage agendas and schedules.
- Coordinate internal meetings and video conference calls.
- Handle file management to ensure files are on time and in the right location.
- Work cross-functionally to coordinate meetings across various locations.
- Coordinate initiatives; communication, tracking and documentation of deliverables within timeline, and preparation of project updates.
- Plan and support multiple team events and meetings.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key Chief of Staff and Exec Admin community within the department
- Schedule and help plan off-sites, weekly critical meetings, and larger scale team meetings.
- 4+ years' experience working in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in iWorks suite including, Calendar, Numbers and Keynote.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and tact when interacting with senior executives and team members.
- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a multifaceted environment.
