Contracts Manager (Creative)
Location: 100% Remote (Ideally based in SF or Bay Area)

Planet Interactive is looking for a Contracts Manager with a creative/ marketing background to join our well known Fortune 500 on a 3 month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and the Contracts Manager will be able to work from home.
Contracts Manager Responsibilities:
- Handle matters for vendor management and finance needs for a specific group.
- Work with sourcing, legal, and external agencies to execute commercial contracts (PSA, SOW, DPA, NDA, MSOWs, etc)
- Partner with the teams to ensure that all contract needs, timelines, and expectations are met.
- Ensure that purchase orders and requests are opened in a timely manner.
- Manage cross-functional partnerships and external partnerships with suppliers.
- Develop a safe regulatory environment making sure that all contracts are in compliance with data and privacy policies.
- Bring a previous knowledge of production, creative, and marketing to easily transition workflows.
- Unblock issues for internal and external partners.
- 5+ years' experience in the contracts/ procurement/ vendor manager space for creative, marketing, production, events, or media.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience working in a highly complex corporate space.
- Ability to learn quickly, take direction well, and collaborate with partners.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
