Job Description
Support for the Contract Management Team.
Requires a great organizer. Candidate will be required to schedule/attend/take notes in meetings.
Experience with an understanding of Contract Requisitions (CRS) and Contracts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The schedule will be 10-hour days with a 30-minute break for lunch.
Hours of work can be discussed but typically we start early (6:15).
Individual needs to have the ability to work in a very busy, fast-moving environment with overlapping priorities.
Individual needs to have good computer skills. Individual may be asked to work in the outage from an administrative perspective.
The Contract Administrator performs or assists with the following: plan and manage contract award activities and schedules, monitor contract performance, assure invoices agree with contract provisions and work has been successfully completed, create and manage action logs, establish contract reporting and status for the project team, develop presentations, maintain confidentiality of supplier pricing, create and monitor approvals of contract and change requisitions, maintain contract records and correspondence monitor resolution of issues/actions.
