## Position Overview:
The Advanced Traffic Manager will play a crucial role in our marketing and client services departments. You will be responsible for scheduling, maintaining strong lines of communication, and overseeing various processes within the organization. This is a hybrid role requiring in-person presence for two days a week and the ability to work remotely for the remaining three days.
## Must-Have Qualifications:
- **Scheduling Experience**: Must be well-versed in planning and scheduling various types of workstreams and team activities.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to convey information effectively across different departments and to external clients.
- **Client Services Experience**: Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships.
- **Process Oriented**: Strong ability to organize, prioritize and streamline processes for optimum efficiency.
- **1 to 3 Years of Experience**: Candidates should have at least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
## Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- **Marketing Deliverable Experience**: Experience in managing and overseeing marketing deliverables would be a significant plus.
## Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
