Job Title: Administrative Assistant 3
Contract Duration: Tentative start date: Jan 30, 2025 through Jun 30, 2025 (Assignment extensions occur quarterly. The selected candidate has the potential to stay in the role through at least end of 2025.)
Pay: $32.00/hr
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid (if onsite/hybrid please give city/town name): Hybrid, 3 days/week in office; Redmond, WA
Must Haves: The role requires minimum of 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.

1. Minimum 3+ years experience with Outlook (for scheduling meetings)
2. Minimum 3+ years experience with Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Typical Day in the Role:
• Purpose of the Team: Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.
• Key projects:
? Calendar Support: The candidate will manage the calendars of three leaders within CST, including scheduling and coordination.
? Expense Reports and Travel Assistance: The candidate will handle expense reports and provide travel assistance for two individuals in Redmond and one in Slovenia.
? Onsite Requirements: The candidate is expected to work onsite in Redmond three days a week, with flexibility to start early to accommodate the time difference with Slovenia.
?Discretion and Security: The candidate must maintain a high level of discretion due to the nature of the work involving attorneys and public-facing teams in the security space.
