Job Title: Administrative Assistant 1
Contract Duration: Tentative start date: Nov 11, 2024 through Jun 30, 2025 (Assignment extensions occur quarterly. The selected candidate has the potential to stay in the role for up to 18 months.)
Pay: $19.75-$28.25/hr
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid (if onsite/hybrid please give city/town name): On Site; In Office 5 days a week; Redmond, WA
Must Haves: The role requires 0-2 overall years of experience in the field.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 1 years’ experience with basic office suite (outlook, excel, word etc.) skills
2. Minimum 1 years’ experience with working in a professional setting.
3. Minimum 1 years’ experience with meeting deadlines.
Preferred: We will need someone to help onboard/offboard employees, manage Headcount, budget and space for your team. We are looking for someone who wants to be a team player and works well with others. You will help plan events for the team and coordinate onsite. The candidate must be prepared to be on time and onsite full time. Event planning experience would be a plus. The candidate will be expected to learn and work proactively in a fast-paced environment. Light physical office work expected - moving boxes to event space, lots of walking through building site etc.

Performs a variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group. Manages schedule(s); coordinates travel arrangements; coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations; completes special projects as assigned.
Typical Day in the Role:
• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to support the Advertising and Engineering Team
• Key projects: This role will contribute to the smooth day to day of team support
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 40% team support, 25% calendaring, 35% misc. tasks (new hire onboarding, ordering equipment, etc.)
