Job Summary/Description:
We are seeking a Marketplace Operations Account Operations I for the MPO Launch team. In this role, you will be the operational business owner responsible for planning and strategy related to delivering Launch products to owned stores. As the Omnichannel business owner, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Launch products across the North America region.

Key responsibilities include inventory planning, monitoring product receipt at distribution centers, and managing order submission, release, shipping, and timely delivery to stores for the Launch business. The ideal candidate will have strong business ownership skills, cross-functional relationship-building abilities, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a mindset for process improvement. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ThoughtSpot, and SAP S4 is required.

In this position, you will gain a deeper understanding of the entire supply chain, from factories to distribution centers and stores, while working with teams across transportation, allocation, planning, store operations, and territory management to support the Launch business.
  • E2E alignment with the end goal to deliver on-time Launch moments for stores season over season.
  • Track, report, and communicate deliveries to our store teams to deliver Launch product on time.
  • Own and drive impactful insights including identifying continuous process improvement opportunities with focus on the future state of our business.
  • Participate in discussions with business leaders across multiple functions to understand priorities and communicate regular status updates.
  • Build, maintain, and elevate a decision-making model that will enable the MPO team to make better operational, tactical, and strategic decisions with regards to consumer value and profitability.
