In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, update and operate conference room AV/projection/lighting equipment devices and systems and will be required to check all rooms throughout the day to ensure AV equipment if fully operational, in good condition.

In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, update and operate conference room AV/projection/lighting equipment devices and systems and will be required to check all rooms throughout the day to ensure AV equipment if fully operational, in good condition.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make daily rounds to all conference rooms, including morning start-up to ensure all rooms are working
- Troubleshoot and repair issues as they arise
- Provide immediate support to meetings in progress as first level support technician
- Research pertinent/consistent issues and recommend solutions
- Install, upgrade, repair, or replace faulty components as needed
- Ensure software updates are vetted, and once approved, installed to ensure currency
- Provide 1:1 training to employees on conference room system use as needed
- Recommend best practices for room setups, energy efficiency, and reliability
- Provide front desk reception coverage for normal business hours, including opening and closing duties
Job Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience within an audiovisual environment, with specific conference room technology experience, including:
- Zoom Rooms
- Teams videoconferencing
- Poly videoconferencing systems
- Shure A/V accessories
- Microsoft Office/Exchange meeting scheduling systems
- Samsung BET displays
- Experience with auxiliary audio systems – specifically amplified microphone and house speaker setups
Pay Rate Range: $30-$40/hr
