Key Responsibilities

Team Structure
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using .NET Core/Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
- Build interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js and manage state with Redux.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize and maintain relational databases (e.g., SQL Server), including query optimization and stored procedures.
- Contribute to the migration of applications to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform maintenance and minor enhancements for a portfolio of applications, ensuring stability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in .NET Core/Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
- Strong expertise in React.js and Redux for front-end development.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and experience with query optimization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with RESTful services and APIs.
- Cloud and DevOps:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to cloud technologies as the team transitions to the cloud in Q2 2025.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins.
- Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for project management.
Team Structure
- The team consists of 9 members, including 3 onshore developers (1 team lead and 2 developers) and 6 offshore developers.
- The team is responsible for maintaining 57 applications, with 9 applications exclusively managed by the onshore team due to contractual requirements.
