Our client is in need of a Workday Integrations Lead. As the Lead responsible for all Workday integrations, you will be required to assist and provide quality and solid system designs and technical solutions to solve various business requirements. To be successful, you must have proven experience managing technical solutions within the projects through the entire project lifecycle. The role requires an individual who is resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in expectation management. You should be able to deliver effective presentations, and solution walk-throughs to audiences of all sizes and possess excellent communication skills.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Essential Qualifications:
- At least two implementations on Workday experience Required
- Expert knowledge of the Workday platform and technical aspects (EIBs, studio, core connectors)
- Strong understanding of Workday integration and data architecture
- Exceptional experience with complex interfaces including Workday APIs, Studio
- Strong development and working experience in specifying and supporting Interfaces between external Legacy systems and Workday.
- Strong understanding of Hire-To-Retire (HR and Payroll) business processes
- Strong working experience with internal and external SOX auditors
- Strong SQL experience
- 5+ years of exposure to end to end Business processes
Must haves:
- Integration experience
- Experience with complex interfaces (Workday API’s, Studio)
- EIBs, studio, core connectors
- Implementation experience
- BA in Computer Science, Computer Information Services or 3-5 years of relevant experience
