Preferably 1+ merchandising experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Position Summary: From sales to delivery, the Merchandiser is the final stop in getting beverages into our customer’s hands. After the driver delivers the product to the store, the Merchandiser stocks, rotates, and merchandises our product so it is ready to sell.Merchandisers are expected to maintain store standards by creating and arranging floor displays, resetting coolers, and rearranging shelves. This position works closely with the Sales Team to provide exceptional customer service to assigned accounts. The Merchandising role is an entry-level position in the Wine & Spirits industry which is the cornerstone to multiple career paths in an evolving category of business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Navigate personal motor vehicle to various locations within assigned geographic region aiding sales reps in stocking, handling beverage cases, and re-working products RNDC represents
Fill cold boxes and shelves with appropriate merchandise, and rotate product on an ongoing basis.
Build and maintain in-store displays and POS (point of sale) marketing materials using schematics or written instructions
Place price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, on floor based on planograms
Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders from assigned accounts
Depending on the geography, Merchandiser may service between 5-8 accounts each day.
Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks to move cases from storeroom to sales floor
Organize and maintain back-stock area promoting a safe and efficient work environment and order accuracy for sales
Develop and maintain positive, cooperative, and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and managers as well as store personnel and salespeople you encounter through the day.
Consult with store managers, buyers and/or sales representative to determine appropriate placement of displays or product
Submit daily activity report and merchandising reports; report competitive activity and pricing as it occurs to immediate supervisor
Clock in and out, adhering to state labor laws
