Job Summary:
As a member of the Demand PMO / New Product Introduction team, you will be charged to lead programs with cross-functional team members to deliver technical maturity and operational readiness for ramp and launch new products on time, within budget, and with high quality and maximum customer availability. You will also be responsible for product renovations and sustaining initiatives, working with other teams to complete projects that support the continued production, expansion, and improvement of existing products. A successful Program Manager is a collaborative partner and facilitator; they are driven, organized, and detail oriented; excels in program management; communicates with ease at all levels; and is thoughtful and effective in problem solving and conflict resolution.
Essential Job Functions:
Program manage the development of new products from concept to launch, and product renovations
Partner with project management groups across Demand, R&D, and Supply to establish clear, objective, and quantitative success criteria by which trial and overall development execution is measured and calculated
Partner with operations and business teams to align on product cost targets and drive technical teams towards them
Quarterback project schedule planning and execution; facilitate readiness across all relevant functional teams to ensure the project team can accomplish objectives on time
Lead program budget planning and tracking with cross-functional teams
Provide weekly program updates to leadership and other key cross-functional partners
Implement improvement projects for program management tools and processes

Education:
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business
Relevant experience in program, project, or product management
Experience partnering with cross-functional team members and driving alignment
Experience working in a fast-paced, high intensity environment
A data-driven approach with a strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and focus
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Masters in a related field
Work experience in CPG or other related industry; Previous experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or R&D
Proficiency in Smartsheet or other Project Management software
Process creation / improvement experience including leadership alignment and rollout
