Partnership Marketing Specialist
Location: Culver City or Cupertino, CA
Schedule: Onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs
Pay: Up to $65.20/hour DOE
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and more

Planet Interactive is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our well known Fortune 50 client on a 12-month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and will require a hybrid schedule working out of their office in either Culver City or Cupertino. 

The ideal background for this role would be coming from an Ad Agency in an Account Manager function or even Producer.

Partner Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Campaign Development/ Account Management:
    • Communicate day-to-day with game development companies and publishers to bring their applications to consumers.
    • Bring best strategic practices and innovative ideas to the the developer partners when it comes to creating marketing launch campaigns.
    • Design and execute comprehensive developer marketing launch campaigns for megafranchises, ensuring alignment with goals and target audience insights. 
    • Encourage developer partners to participate in marketing initiatives by addressing marketing challenges with innovative solutions.
    • Communicate the big picture to developers and publishers as to why using services help them and what is in it for them.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to guide campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • • Campaign Management:
    • Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely execution of campaign deliverables and compliance with brand and marketing guidelines.
    • Analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize performance, guide future campaigns, and develop best practices.
  • Process and Tools Development:
    • Architect and implement internal processes to streamline developer marketing activities and improve efficiency.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and evangelize tools for scaling developer marketing programs.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Collaborate with production, marketing, editorial and PR to align internal and external marketing plans.
    • Ensure clear communication and coordination across internal teams and with external partners to support seamless execution of developer marketing campaigns.
    • Provide ongoing developer marketing support internally and externally, as an externally-facing marketing liaison.

Partner Marketing Specialist Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of partner marketing experience for a leading game or entertainment brand or agency.
  • Experience coming from an ad agency is highly sought after.
  • Experience working in Partner Marketing and creating work for a B2B to B2C audience.
  • Experience with marketing campaign planning, execution and measurement.
  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of and passion for mobile games is a plus.
  • Previous project management or production experience is a plus.
