HR Project Manager
$38-$45/hr

Contract: 4 months
Onsite: Boston, MA

Must Haves:
  • Associates Degree required with experience in HR
  • 5+ years of experience overall
  • 2+ years of experience with project management or mergers & acquisitions
  • Experienced with HRIS systems
  • Experienced with SharePoint & websites
  • Project planning expertise, including project management software

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Experience with Workday and Healthstream

Job Description: We are seeking an HR Project Manager to lead our project and program management efforts within the Human Resources department. This role will oversee a variety of projects, including those related to the Occupational Health Clinic, ensuring that all deliverables are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be adept at both strategic and administrative functions, allowing them to seamlessly transition between roles as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management (70%):
  • Provide leadership in managing projects and programs across the HR department.
  • Act as the project lead, writer, and editor for key initiatives.
  • Develop, design, and implement innovative projects and programs organization-wide.
  • Identify and execute additional projects that enhance team efficiency and deliver value.
  • Effectively manage resources to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Participate in planning meetings with business and HR leaders, providing regular project updates.
  • Analyze metrics to assess program impact and adjust strategies as necessary.
Administrative Duties (30%):
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and calendars for all Occupational Health programs.
  • Coordinate the administrative elements of programs, tracking progress against milestones.
  • Monitor expenditures against budget, processing invoices and expense claims as needed.
  • Develop and maintain departmental reports.
Additional Support Activities:
  • Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating and refining presentations for various HR initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
