Job Description
Planet Interactive is seeking a Data Analyst to join one of our client's, whom is one of the world’s leading professional services firms.
Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Analyze data requirements, build dashboards and data models to support data analytics and performance insights for our business.
- Create, analyze and distribute quarterly business development management reports to the sales organization and business leadership.
- Experience administering Varicent Incentive Comp platform nice to have.
- Experience with Salesforce and reporting aspects of Salesforce nice to have.
- Work with sales leaders and relationship directors to identify data issues between Salesforce and Varicent.
- Work directly with compensation team to execute monthly (as needed), quarterly and annual compensation cycles.
- Assist in the writing of process documents to support Business Development operational efforts; document key processes, working with others to publish new materials.
- Lead roster management updates twice a month.
- Support other business development operational activities and ad hoc reporting, as needed.
Data Analyst Qualifications:
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Very strong analytical skills required
- Minimum five years of business support experience; preferably from a professional services firm.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; preferably with a business major; Master’s degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience with Microsoft office, advanced skills required.
