Job Title: Compensation Analyst:
3 Month Contract 
Location: Boston MA 02215
 
Must Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 1-3 years of human resources experience, preferably compensation.
  • Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws relating to compensation and pay equity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with numbers and large volumes of data with accuracy and speed.
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and HRIS systems.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
  • CCP designation preferred or taking classes towards certification.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and MarketPay preferred.
  • Higher education experience 

Job Summary/Description: 
A top-rated university is looking for a compensation analyst to assist in the development and administration of the University's compensation programs.
  • Provide day-to-day compensation administration to support schools, units, and departments.
  • Assists departments with reviewing and updating position descriptions; perform market analyses and provide reports and data for compensation-related decisions.
  • Review positions to ensure internal and external equity and FLSA compliance.
  • Conduct and participate in multiple University and General Industry compensation market surveys.
