Account Coordinator
Direct Hire
Onsite – Dublin, CA
Pay Range: $22 – 28/hour (Non-exempt Direct Hire)
Must Haves:
Enterprise software (EFI Radius preferred)
Microsoft office suite
Customer service background
Preferred:
Inventory Management experience
Label/printing process experience
Job Summary/Description:
The Key Account Coordinator will build and maintain working relationships with external customer and internal customer service and manufacturing teams. Communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure all aspects of the sale are being taken care of. Create clean project checklist to ensure all requirements are met.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents, such as quotes, proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate new project and product launches and revisions with customer and internal teams including managing all steps required to secure forecasts, artwork, final approvals and set production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Set and maintain pricing in ERP.
• Set initial min/max levels if inventory is to be held in stock.
• Coordinate transition or billing to customer when materials age or reach end-of-life to ensure AALP is not left with obsolete materials.
• Troubleshoot quality or other services issues to satisfaction of the customer.
• Coordinate meetings and calls as needed with the customer.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service.
• Communicate customer feedback to Sales and Production teams.
• Create reports of project status, resolve roadblocks, and effectively escalate issues when support is needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
• 3 Years of customer service or other relevant experience
• Previous experience using enterprise software (EFI Radius system preferred); Microsoft products particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; and project management tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work under pressure.
• Any inventory management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and understanding of label or printing processes is a plus.
